2006

  • Designed and rebuilt the website; advised on business development strategy, client and customer perception, brand development and the company‚Äôs market position. Advice was given to elevate the company market position and profile largely through online marketing strategies to achieve higher prices and more prestigious work

2007

  • The company started to attract better customers including, Oil refinery at Harwich Ferry Terminal at Newhaven, All the railings on the Brighton seafront, Hove Town Hall and continued work with Thames Water
  • A programme of direct marketing introducing new account business was completed, culminating winning the highly prestigious Cutty Sark restoration project. This involved a cold call approach, sitting in on presentations and providing direct selling support .This lifted the company to a new level

2008/09

  • The projects got bigger; this was no longer a local company. The profits got bigger.
  • Help and support was given with sales and marketing, business planning and mentoring as the company grew rapidly

2010

  • Supported the company to win a large project to Paint the Paint factory at the Dulux Plant in Stowmarket
  • Redesigned the website to reflect the success of the company and its elevated market position
  • Drafted the application and completed presentation to win the Sussex Business Awards for best small business
  • Started to focus marketing on Storage tank facilities, won several projects including TDG, Calor Gas and supported a successful bid for the Dartford Barrier restoration project

2011

  • Won a Large contract with BP, helped develop business with Shell and introduced the company to Oikos and OPA, two very large customers
